Submit the down payment and document fee through the secure payment link. Note, we don’t yet have our website setup to process payments. We will manually email you the secure deposit link from GeekPay.
We prepare the purchase agreement and send it electronically for you to review and sign.
We will get you enrolled in our automatic payment processor GeekPay to pay the agreed monthly amount. No bank financing or credit check required.
Once the property is paid in full, the deed is transferred and recorded in your name. You now have full ownership of the property and can pull permits for building, use the land in full, or just sit back and watch your investment grow.
